Zomagas - Could you please stop double posting and hotlinking and please keep on topic. The list of links hotlinked from Casa Halliwell aren't really relevant to the topic. And if you do have something to add, edit your previous post. Sorry, rant over! The sketch from eBay looks good, I'm guessing that it will be a full page drawing once its completed and coloured ect. The likeness is actually pretty good. Thanks for sharing

I just hope the coloring doesn't do it's awesomeness any harm as were done to the Piper pages. But it seems like all of the girls will be facing demonic situations we haven't seen before.

Zomgas: It means you keep posting links to images hosted on other websites instead of rehosting the relevant picture for us to have. Anyway, here it is for all who wish to see it without going over to eBay: What's Paige doing? She looks like she's trying to TK the thing back into the book. Sounds Abraxasish to me. Hum. Hope this means we get to see a spell. Unless she's using TK the way Prue first did it? (Remember how she "moved" the cream from the pot to her coffee without the pot stirring or anything? The cream just vanished and popped up in her cup...) Hum, again.

Ok i think i know all the rules now and try to behave. The thing i dont understand is why it says it is a cover.

Are you sure you know all the rules? I suggest you read this before you say that: shadowtales.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=ms&action=display&thread=55 (These are the board rules, by the way.) Now, it says it's a cover probably because that's what Hoover first meant to use as the cover, then maybe he changed his mind. He doesn't even draw the covers, now, does he? Only the inside drawings if I'm right...

Yes, David Seidman is the main cover artist. I will read the rules

Perfect example of how Dave Hoover knows where to draw (get it?! ;D) the line between sexy and slutty. Loving this drawing, I hope to see it in the actual comic because it's too good to go to waste! :/

Why do you think the colours destroyed the sketches? I think the colours are very good and the physical comic will be much better than the digital form.
EDIT: how did i become a future whitelighter? Does it depend on how many comments i have made?

Why do you think the colours destroyed the sketches? I think the colours are very good and the physical comic will be much better than the digital form. DUDE! Where did this come from? I'm sorry to be getting my knickers in a knot, but can't you just ONCE follow a discussion without sidetracking? *sigh* Now, if you were refering to my comment about how the blank previews were better -- it's just my own thoughts, I think I have the right to think that way. I'm sorry, but the dialogue is JUST off, period. "Well, if my powers won't cut it... go with something that works." First, she doesn't have "cutting" powers -- knowing Piper she'd have said something like "OK, it won't blow up... so let's cut it down." And her culinary comments about missing onions? Sorry but she didn't sound like a chef to me. There. Only MY point of view, no need to get YOUR knickers in a knot. EDIT: how did i become a future whitelighter? Does it depend on how many comments i have made? Again: not the place to ask this question. But yes, that's why. From now on please use this part of the board ( shadowtales.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=ms ) if you have questions that aren't related to the Charmed comics. AS FOR the Charmed comics, try staying on topic just a bit. Now yes, here's hoping they've kept that one as an inside drawing.

A lot of people actually mentioned that they liked the original lineart better than the final colored versions. zomgas, try to use the "quote" button located at the top right corner of someone's post if you're going to refer to something someone's said. That way, you avoid the confusion you'll get when you comment on something when the discussion's focus has changed.

When I read that I assumed that line was meant to be a joke. Like when you can't cut something you can't do it, and I read it as a joke in the way that if her powers won't work, she'll get the knife and attack it another way. That's what I think it means.
And I do actually get the colouring thing, I think it'll look a lot better on paper than it does on screen though.

They have to sneak in the jokes somewhere, lol Agreed on the colors too. Most things usually do look better in print. Plus, sometimes certain colors need to be altered on the screen so they can be printed properly. We can't be judging the entire book just by three finished pages. Also, why do we have more previews for #1 than #0 (for which we have 0)? I would think they would release these things more... chronologically? :s

Also, why do we have more previews for #1 than #0 (for which we have 0)? I would think they would release these things more... chronologically? :s I'd say because #0 is not part of the storyline. As implied (and stated clearly) several times, #0 is supposed to be a Book of Shadows sort of thing so the previews they could show us would be actual pages of the Book and they probably don't want to do that for some reason.

I find it a little hard to believe that they'll have a full issue with just mock BOS pages. I can't imagine that they'd even do more than five or six pages, at least not without giving away the first few issues' plots.
