Telling the parents you're moving out can be difficult, I did it at 16 when I said I was going to boarding school and then two years later that I was going to uni. I broke the news to them during the summer that I was moving to Canada the minute I got out of uni and got the money together. Scarily enough though they were fine about it and said that its probably one of the best things I could do! anyway Terry, good luck with your trip, I hope you have a saf journey and that everything goes well for you.

As for me, I'm one of those crazy brits that stays up and watches the superbowl and am at a mates house to watch this year's and check my emails on his laptop. I'm hoping to get on with some writing though now that exams are over, but there is a lot of work for my final year at uni.

Wow, I am glad that this thread picked up...lol. Good thing I made it then haha. Well, France sounds pretty cool. I have friends who are going during the summer due to their French class. haha. But France must be a pretty cool place if you are moving there.

What else is going on with you guys? I am SWAMPED at the moment. I have a show this weekend, and I have rehearsals Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Not cool. haha. Then I have a show in March. So...hehe. Working hard. hehe. How about everyone else?

Anyways, have I ever mentioned how much I'm hating basketball right now! Ugh! It controls my life. I barely have any free time and when I do, I have homework. It seriously sucks. Luckily... there is only one more week left! Yay!

Wow, France! I've always wanted to go there, maybe even live there too someday. You'll have to tell me all about it sometime, Terry! Is there anybody you know there? Or are you starting fresh as a frenchie? Haha.

I have rehearsals this week also, Vampwitch. Well... kind. I have choir auditions for the school's varsity concert choir as well as show choir. So I'm pretty nervous. A couple of my friends are trying out with me, so if we all make it, it should be fun.

Gah! One more week till my hell hole, aka my life, is over! (Haha, basketball, I mean)

So, the new semester isn't going to bad. I had some problems with my new classes. I went into my Electronics class and wanted to walk out. It was boring! Luckily, I went to see my counselor and in less than 5 minutes, it was replaced with Intro to Computer Art. I'm also taking Video Production which I have no complaints about! The teacher just lets us do our own thing, which is cool. My group is working on creating a 30 second commerical to advertise a product that we created. I think tomorrow or next week we're going to start filming.

I love it because my school as a state-of-the-art television studio (all hail, John Sayles!) and video editing software. Go me!

Anyways, the week has been going by pretty fast. It seems like everyday is the same routine.

Wow, your counselors actually sound nice! Lucky... I'm pretty sure that the counselors at our school don't care about if we enjoy school or not, they just want to make sure that lots of kids graduate and get out of the darn school.

Once again, I'm looking forward to the weekend to do some online activities that I enjoy so much. I'm going to be working on my 'secret' board that will hopefully be up by summertime and continuing on getting ahead in my FF series, "Angel". I finished the hardest chapter yet (chapter 2) a couple days ago so I'm hoping that some of the rest of them are easier as I go on. So yeah, hopefully as as the series progresses the writing will flow easier.

Ah, and I'm probably going to be reading 1 or 2 chapters of other fan fics this weekend? Any suggestions?

Going back to counselors, mine just dont know what they are doing, VERY frustrating, they aren't even sure of the requirements for some people to graduate...I hope they help me on Friday, other wise I am screwed for college!

My counselor isn't bad. He knows me by name already, which is weird when he has almost 1,000 other students! But, he was the same counselor my oldest sister has. My mom has some huge problem with him because he didn't send in one of my sister's college apps. Hopefully, he's gotten better since then.

Anyways, sounds like you have some fun plans for the weekend, Harrison. And a "secret" board? Looks like you've moved on from Charmed-Destiny! Can't really recommend anything for you to read...

So, this weekend, I am going...shopping! Mwhahaha! I've been dying to go for months!

Haha, you could say that I've 'moved on'.

Anyways, the weekend has come and passed and thus, when I thought I was free, I turned out not to be. Because of this, very little reading got done. Even for the people whose series I am suppose to be helping with. I feel so bad...

Besides the secret board (that barely gets any significant amount of work on it since it is such a massive project of mine), I am thinking of doing some sort of small board to get some Harry Potter fans together. Maybe put some sort of RPGs in it or something. I'd really like to see HP fan fiction expand a little around the sites that I visit, seeing on how I will be writing one sometime in the future and because it's played such an important and prominent role in my life.

Well, 3 more (official) days of basketball. A game tomorrow and two more practices and then the city tournament starts on Saturday. We have to win then to advance to Monday and then win again to go to Tuesday.

Wow...a lot of basketball still. I am sorry...not fun.

Well, life is not THAT great this weekend, cause I have LOADS of hw. Just not something that usually happens to me...I started a new class yesterday which is really interesting. It is a makeup class, BUT for special effects like in movies and all. It is really interesting and I am looking forward to it.

As for writing, I am not doing much of it lately. My project is being replanned, except the first 10 chapters. haah. I am trying to make it interesting, and have captivating chapters, which is not always the easiest to do when you are already outnumbered by Matriarch and Witchlighter AND Alt Season 2. Oh well, so I am watching many Charmed episodes, reading lots of Official Guides, and watching TONS of supernatural movies to get inspired...hope it works haha.

I'm not too bad. My weekend has been slow, but hopefully the week will be better. I have this week off! *does happy dance*

So, basically, I'm hoping just to relax and hang out with friends. My mom and I are going to do some bonding time. We're going to see the movies "Confessions of a Shopaholic" and "He's Just Not That Into You". It seems that lately there are a lot of good movies out, which doesn't happen very often.

I know right? I really want to see like 3 movies, but of course, money is the problem. So, I really want to see Coraline. I have heard such good things about it. Push, for it looks pretty cool to see, and Pink Panther 2, cause there is a comedy aspect there. lol.

It seems cool that you are bonding with your mom, sounds fun...haha. I dont want to go to school this week, me, and my classmates are over school, we just want to graduate already, and we have ONE YEAR LEFT! *sobs*. Oh well...

Hey guys. Just wanted to post on stuff...

So, basically I have the entire week off thanks to winter break. Which is good. I'm hoping to get some major homework and writing done. Ad sleeping in as well. Hehe. My friend told me Coraline is a movie worth seeing. But I definitely want to see Madea goes to Jail. A good balance of comedy and drama.

Weather's getting better. Windy, but real sunny. Almost all the snow melted and that really boring. Moving on...

I, too have rehearsals. I'm gonna be in a musical called Godspell. Supposedly, it's the new testament put to rock music. And do you know what i hate. When you are really focused and you see about 3/4ths of the cast is focused but there's those 2 or three annoying people who won't stop talking?! GRG!

And yeah it is annoying when your gonna be stuck home for the next week and there's not a dang thing to watch...

well that's whats happening for me... ;D

Anyways, I went to see both "He's Just Not That Into You" and "Confessions of a Shopaholic" this weekend. Both movies were awesome, but I preferred "Confessions of a Shopaholic" for obvious reasons. Besides the clothes, it was a really cool movie! I'm glad I went to go see both of them. I had a fun time with my mom.

Also, big news! There is this 3 mile run at the end of May that my sister and I are doing, so I've started training! It's actually a really big thing for me since I hate running! But, I am really adament about doing this, so I'm sure it'll happen.

Anyways, I'm enjoying my last day of vacation. Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

That sounds good that you are running for a cause. . Me? Rehearsals are getting more intense. We have 5 weeks until the show, and we havent finished blocking the entire show yet! Ah! We have 2 more acts to get through, and everyone is freaking out...

Well we'll see how it goes. I have been writing free for about a week now after hardcore writing for my new series Goddess coming out in May. Watched the first season of Smallville, pretty cool show. I NEED to see what happens next! Very frustrating season finale...lol.

My short, but sweet, vacation in sunny California is over. But yay, there is free internet here at the airport and at the next one in Denver! So all hope is not lost!

I'm planning on writing and drawing up some plans for people that I've put on hold, FF wise. So overall, it should be a good flight.

In the meantime, I'm in this airport for another hour if anyone wants to chat on MSN.

Hey guys,

I've had the most hectic couple of weeks. I get a chance to see what's going on and that's it. I've got so much uni work its unbelievable but as usual, I'm leaving it all to the last minute. Not good.

I have, however, written the final episode to the second season of Progeny and am on episode 20 of Angels and Demons, just got a few continuity issues with that one at the moment. I've also taken on my friend's Buffy continuation project, gotten to the third chapter but I'm not working on that until I have Angels and Demons out of the way and have gotten on with my uni work - a little more important.

I have read First Born though, and I've got to say I'm really enjoying it and looking forward to the next chapter (hint hint ) I'm hoping I'll have a little more time soon.
