This board doesn't cater to pity parties. I suggest you move the link to the Links Thread. Ro will probably even put it down there with the affiliates. Doing things right doesn't hurt. I know being nice doesn't either, but being rude is more effective, wouldn't you agree? Oh, just a thought I had the other day. Speculation really. What if somehow the Evil they've vanquished over the years are all coming back? Slowly that is. I'm not sure how they could, but I'm pretty sure there's a window of oppurtunity for them to leap out through if a certain blonde haired witch (squee Terry, squeee) is distraught over the vanquish of her sister and is trying to get her back by using her God-like power of hers which requires putting her (lack of a) mind towards it. I can see her faulter, release more vanquished evil than before, and then get killed in the process. The window remains open, and the demons keep pouring. Billie's gone, eaten maybe. And there might not be any of her remaining. Can explain the lack of mention of her and even the lack of art. Now that would make happy Fanfiction. Or a good arc. |

Agreed :-D Evil always has a way to come back. Like the Grimlocks who could come back on Halloween. Tempus hinted to have been vanquished by a witch before as well. And don't forget Abraxas... |

Hey! I'm not the only one out there!... am I? Now, interesting theory. Ties in with the Zankou reference. However, according to what's been said, I guess we could call it a graphic novel since zorgas reported Raven saying there would be both issue-by-issue plots and an overall story-arc. Anyway, the name ain't what matters in the end. I'm just so pissed right now: Zenescope offers no international shipping and that TFAW or whatever sites would have me waiting 2 effing weeks. I AM NOT waiting that long, *harrumph* |

A quick look in the graphic novel section of the Zenescope website shows the graphic novels are collections of comic issues. For example Grim Fairy Tale Vol 3 collects issues 13-18. I think they will probably release the first 5-6 issues of Charmed as a graphic novel. It's a fairly standard practice in the comic industry.

But I'm sure either he or Rory will do it in no time once they get online. *rummages through the invisible threads looking for password* (nothing new there, LOL) And I wouldn't be that pessimistic: he did get at least 10 followers through the night. But yeah, asking the Charmed Ones for help is the best course |

Let us hope they play it smart. Bad for sales? Are you kidding me? It's a business tactic. There's clearly a gap between Issue #1 and the show, and reading the issue will make you raise questions, which can only be answered in Issue #0. And then of course there will be some sort of a cliffhanger, and people would be more eager to buy Issue #2, via pre-order. See how that works? And I just read some of the tweets, they're calling it a "preview", so I think we won't be getting the entire comic. |
