So far I've been reading and I love all of the Charmed Ones. There isn't one that I could pick as my favorite this season because they've all got such great portrayal and great storylines.
So far the series has captured the true potential and I really wish that season 2 had been this way instead, because I enjoy the actual storyline. I'm sure the best will come.
My favorites so far are episodes 2, 3, 9, and 10.

OK, I absolutely wanted to comment in one of your topics but I had no clue where -- and having reviewed all episodes already, well, there was no point in talking about them for now :s Anyway, I guessed here was the perfect place to leave a message and don't worry, no off-topicness mwhahaha! I have to agree with brando on the fact that the series has captured Charmed's primal essence, and when you say that it's darker, it's actually really only darker than the original season two: because come to think of it, season 1 was pretty dark on itself for the year it aired in: dark witches, cold-blooded murders; even a cyclopic warlock coming from the future. My favorite remains 2.10 for now, (and we've discussed why 2.11 can't be  ), and Piper remains my favorite from the 3, only because she's Piper and whatever you make her do she will remain so  So, come on now, bring some more Arcas and Academy info, lady! |

This is something I was more interested in. I was actually hoping that we would see more of the Academy in "Origins" but apparently Dark!Abby said that was a story for another time. But at least we'll be able to see more of the Third soon not to mention the unveiling of the Agent! But these are my favorites so far: Favorite Sister: Tough one, as usual. I love Prue and missed her greatly since her time on the show, Piper has been more than just the middle sister and referee between Prue and Phoebe, but Phoebe is actually a witch with more power this time around and that makes her character more interesting alone. But I'm going to go with Phoebe for the moment, even though I love Prue's TK power. Favorite Episode: Another tough one. Most likely 2.09 or 2.10. 2.09 had great sister action and that thriller of a world, but 2.10 has my favorite bad girl and her sad tale. |

Episodes 2 and 9 are also among my favourites. the series has captured Charmed's primal essence I would totally put that quote on a dvd mock up for the season! But at least we'll be able to see more of the Third soon not to mention the unveiling of the Agent! Definitely - the Agent reveal is set for episode 2.13, which also features a few other surprises. We're moving into the 'explosive' episodes of the season, where a lot of things will be happening in quick succession! Plot hooks that have taken a back seat will be explored in more depth and characters who have only been mentioned in passing will be introduced. Should be good fun  |

Hey, Reyn. Since your season is realistic and all with the aspects you channel from the actual writers, how about adding some "Previously on Charmed" clips. Maybe you can add it to a different file and upload it with the episodes for people who just wanna go into the episode with no knowledge of what the episode could possibly be about. I know I could sure use a recap since the episodes have been coming out at different spans of times and it would be a nice refresher. Just a suggestion.

Interesting. Do you mean something akin to a recap of the major events of the show - a pdf or a html file that had snippets of scenes from all the other episodes before it? Perhaps a 1-2 page document in length?

No, I meant like how before every new episode, there would be Holly Marie Combs or whatever narrating, "Previously on Charmed" and then they showed clips from previous episodes which were also pretty essential to the episode about to air.
Example:
2.01 - Ryan is killed by a dagger.
2.02:
"Previously on Charmed" - (A dagger is thrown into Ryan. Dude dies.)
Okay, the example wasn't needed, but I'm bored and off to bed, lol. Understand now though?

lol yeah - that's what I meant as well. A pdf document with scenes important for the upcoming episode that would change around based on what storyline was featured during that episode. As the current episode is being edited now, I could whip up something for 2.12 if you'd like |

I'm so excited to see so many of these featured topics in your FF, Reyn. I'm wondering what this Academy is and whether it trains good or evil?
Also, I don't know why, but I've always had this sneaking suspicion that this Madame Executive turns out to be good in the VERY end. =) I may be wrong, but I'm hoping I'm not. I love to be right. =P
And as you know, I'm definitely looking forward to the powers! I loved your theory of how the girls' abilities work. It's genius!

The Academy and whether it trains good or evil will be touched upon briefly in 2.13, but a greater discussion of who they are and what they do will be detailed in 2.15. I will say that they teach good people (although they don't necessarily teach 'good' subjects - if that makes sense).
Madame Executive's journey will be interesting! She's one of my favourite characters, and I'd love to include her in the third season, but as the season finale deals exclusively with her battle with the Charmed Ones (and is called Sacrifice, no less) there isn't much room to move. Will she be in the third season? Stay tuned... lol
Ahh yes - the powers. Interestingly, it won't just be the sisters who are exposed to new powers (or who have powers, for that matter). Some new powers will be introduced and each sister will have a new power by the end of the season (perhaps one will have more). Gotta have powers in Charmed!

A suggestion. Make a book of shadow page for Vengance demons. You have done it for a few other demons shown in your stories and you really done a good job with the pages. I like to see more of them.
