Really sorry that I haven't gotten to this episode yet. Pretty much on my mind everyday with interest and I feel terrible since I was harassing the hell out of you to harass Charmy so you can get it up. I might have to read it piece-by-piece as reading in one-shot is impossible for this month, but I'll get to it soon enough. i'll try to keep you posted on how my review is coming along.

No problems at all, Adam - with everything you are currently dealing with, I completely understand Besides - it's not as though the script is going anywhere, so take as much time as you need

Okay, today, I am going to attempt reading this and reviewing along the way. Still might be a while until I can post a full review, but I wanted to drop in and let you know that this episode has been in my mind practically every day.

Hi charmedfan42 Welcome to the board As to your question - Alternate Season 2 is a fan fiction not an RPG. It's something to read rather than play

I'm back with another review. I know its been a while, but firstly Christmas and New Year took over and then the board went on maintenance mode. Anyway, here I am with a review for this episode. Then only one more to go until I'm completely caught up. First of all, I've have got to say that the ghost dog really does remind me of the ghost dog in Ghost Whisperer. I'm really wondering whether you're going to keep it around in the club for a little longer, its so cute that you've put so much thought to the detail like this, and mentioned it! Seeing Piper and Leo alone together, I momentarily forgot that they had broken up - but that was only because its been a while since I read this series. Their dialogue together just seemed like how it was before they split up and it makes me think there may be hope for them yet! But, like I've already said before, if they don't end up together in this then I will understand that you've done it for a reason and won't nag at you for them not being together. This is different to the real show and I can deal with whatever you do, unless you bring in a character like Billie that takes over the show, then I will nag at you sorry, rambling there, I'll get back on with the review. Piper worrying over her sister, typical early Piper and I'm glad to see it. You really have kept them all in character from Season 1, ignoring everything from the latter seasons, which is good. Its the Piper I loved and wished they'd have kept her a little more like this by the end of it, rather than whining over losing Leo. I had to laugh when I read that Phoebe was drenched with water, obviously this is what happened to Piper just before the episode started so to actually see it happen to Phoebe made me laugh so much. And her line "refreshing" is so typical Phoebe, I loved it. Oh no! What happened! The snow globe is somehow enchanted......it has to be, lets see how she can get out of this one. What are her "own smarts". I'm wondering though by her being trapped means she won't make her training sessions, so are Prue and Piper going to find out about Phoebe's mystery man. I still can't wait for Prue's reaction. Piper really is a family person and I can see why she would be so upset if she and her sisters were drifting apart. This episode is really reminding me of the episode where Prue ends up trapped in the painting, I just hope that Owen doesn't turn out to be a warlock like the man did that was trapped in the painting with Prue. You are original with ideas and like to tweak what Charmed did so I hope you tweak this slightly. I guess I'll have to keep reading... Trust Arcas to get trapped in the globe too! I'm a little surprised he didn't realise something was wrong when he tried to teleport into the globe and was in so much pain. I really am liking M.E more and more (I'm always going to call her M.E and not Abigail, its what I'm used to now), she is really smart and cunning. Now using listening devices, she really is trying to get deeper into the sisters' lives! But its a good job that Arcas was trapped and now I understand why he didn't jump to the conclusion that something was wrong...he thought it was because of how much power he had used. Anyway, Arcas to the rescue! Good job he knows so much! Another thing I'm a little dubious about, Owen has been "trapped" there for 60 years, if he was going to go back to his body, how would they know that his body would still be around. He would have aged by 60 years and it is possible that his body would have been dead. I'm surprised something like that wasn't mentioned before. I see you did go for him being evil, I won't say a demon because from the description of the cul'viir they're magic practitioners, not demons. I did wonder if that was what you would do when Arcas was talking about the Cul'viirs, the mention of Owen's eyes going wide made me think that he thought Arcas was onto him or something and now I understand why he didn't like Arcas the minute he got there. He must also know something about Arcas' order. Ha! I could just imagine the way Arcas would act, not knowing where to put his hands. This makes me wonder more whether he does like her but can't admit it since it would be a forbidden love or something. Would he really worry too much about where to put his hands if there was no hidden feeling there? I really liked this episode, a great take on one from the original show. And for once it wasn't the Charmed Ones coming to the rescue, it was Arcas who saved the day. I'm looking forward for when I have time to read the next episode.

Apologies for the lateness of this reply - I've been sick the last few days and have only started to feel better recently The ghost dog will definitely be around! He's as much a part of Alchemy as the hidden room is, and just like any dog, he has his own personality and foibles which will be interesting to play around with as the season progresses.
I appreciate you saying that even if Piper and Leo aren't together in the episodes, you will accept that and still read - that means a lot to me so thank you! As you mention, however, Piper and Leo still care for eachother and that is evident in their dialogue, so don't expect Leo or his feelings for Piper to simply disappear. He's still a large part of this season, and he hasn't given up on Piper just yet! Jackson won't have things all his way!
I've tried to make Piper as close to the season 1 Piper as I can, as I too disliked who she turned into in later seasons. Sure, Piper was a little bit of a whiner and she had a penchant for whinging, but it was sarcastic/self-effacing whinging rather than the 'me against the world' mentality she adopted in later seasons. I think early season Piper was able to balance her whining with her sarcasm so the two were tolerable with one another, but later season Piper wasn't. I've tried to keep the balance between the two intact.
Happy to hear you liked the Phoebe scene - that was the first scene I wrote for this episode (I had that scene written way back when I was writing 2.07!) 'Own smarts' might be a saying used more frequently here than anywhere else, but it basically means she'll have to rely on her own intelligence to solve the problem, rather than depending on someone else or information from a book.
The trapped in the painting episode was one of my favourite season 2 episodes, and it was definitely the inspiration for this episode. However, I agree with you in that making the bad guy in that episode a mere warlock was a bit of a cop-out. I wanted to have this baddie make an impact, and I created the Cul'viir for that purpose. The Cul'viir are the start of evil - they were the very first individuals to use magic against mortals in a premeditated way, and all warlocks were descended from them. They stole people's souls in order to increase their own abilities, but what's worse - they thought that that was an acceptable thing to do. The Cul'viir are interesting because they don't see themselves as evil - they honestly believe that what they are doing is beneficial to the magical community - killing people with magical ability and strengthening their own powers. They are a fascinating group to write and to explore, and they will become more important in later seasons.
Heh - despite knowing Madame E's name is Abigail, I think most people who read the series call her Madame E. Something I am very happy about, as Abigail as a persona no longer exists - Madame E gave all that away when her fiance and unborn child were murdered.
In one of the earlier drafts of the episode, I did have a scene where Arcas explains that a person's body is kept in a state of limbo when their soul is captured within a soul catcher - kind of like being in a coma without the ageing part. I removed it because of space issues, and also because I wanted the questions you asked to be in the back of people's minds, so that when the reveal happened, the penny dropped and Phoebe and Arcas realised how silly they had been to trust the guy.
Owen definitely knows a lot about Arcas's order - in fact he would have been one of the original Cul'viir's fighting against Arcas and The Kalliath. The two groups despise one another, and whilst the Cul'viir are not The Kalliath's primary enemy (that spot is reserved for someone else, whom we'll meet in an upcoming episode) they are definitely one of their most hated combatants. The two sides engaged in a years long war, after all - a war that split apart the magical community and changed it forever - so there is definitely no love lost between them.
The hands thing was intentional and one of the clues as to Arcas's secret. Since I see you have read the next episode (you powered through them!) I'll say that his unease in where to put his hands was to do with being worried about what was acceptable as a friend - wanting to comfort a person but not wanting them to get the idea you liked them. Arcas wants to be there for Phoebe, but as his heart belongs to someone else, he can't be there for her the way she wants him to be. It's an interesting dynamic and one that takes centre stage later in the series.
Arcas certainly did save the day - which I think was apt, given the main antagonist was part of a group with which Arcas and The Kalliath have a history with. However, whilst Arcas may have saved Phoebe's life - she in turn saved his by creating a spell which allowed them to escape the confines of the soul catcher. Not a bad way to start off her original spell making career! Again, thank you for your review, Lexi! I always look foward to seeing you post your thoughts about the episodes and I will reply to your 2.13 review soon! I'm just sorry this reply was so late.

So, review or not review? that is the question Teaser: the Agito scroll thing was so funny. And the Founders so nosy. If they want the room catalogued, why don’t they orb their asses down to get the job done themselves!? Tsk. Ouch, Piper doesn’t want to talk about Leo and her, eh… Aha, Phoebe, so reckless, ultimately, she had to pay for her recklessness…. We’ll have to wait and see what the price is, huh? Where is the scroll coming from? I wonder if it’s just there out of pure amusement, or if you are keeping it for more significance. Aw, love how you depicted a soul: a golden orb of light And wow, that’s some magic, only shaking a snow globe – which anybody is bound to do! Haha, Piper’s H2O comment Act 1: Aha, watch out, Prue You have Claire’s character down to a tee And, ouch, love the snow globe world had a hunch Phoebe would end in there. That’s some magic display, confining someone to a snow globe! You already give out that Owen is the demon of the episode on purpose, I guess. Act 2: Funny Piper-Shade (woo, nice name, huh? ) moment and Piper’s concerns are genuine, she would feel like that. Thank Leo for being there Strange story, why would a witch send something cursed like that to a wealthy man? Jealousy? “MONIQUE That woman is scary. PRUE All the more reason to do as she says.” Aha Oh! When you think it’s already been 3 episodes since Arcas has given her the necklace – and I had almost already forgotten it :$ Just like Phoebe, though, so ah! There’s hope for me lol Eheh, Arcas is worried, but still blind lol Wow, their bond must be really, really strong to counteract the magic of the snow glob, which I considered very powerful itself. I just love that there is rivalry between those two men Act 3: Lol, reckless Phoebe transformed into caring Phoebe, what wouldn’t love do to one ARCAS But that would require me to disrobe. And if you think I'm the kind of guy who removes his clothes so quickly at a woman's request, you are painfully mistaken. I'm not that easy! LMAO! ARCAS Doing nothing to help yourself because you believe your situation is hopeless is the mind-set of a weak person. So wise, and harsh lol Woo! A Madame E scene Gotta get reading! Ow, listening devices? The sisters are so screwed :s 5 minutes, wow, they’re fast lol Evil does know their job Ah, Madame E in all her glory Though when will she stop signing papers and get herself into the action ?! Woo, soul-catcher – I like it Once again, I love the mythology in which you delve and I can tell it is one of the things that make this so real, so amazing, too. Ruling Council??? Witches have a ruling council ??? Well, Arcas looks to me like he was on the battlefield of that horrid war against the Cul’viir, from the way he reacts! :s Maybe he lost a brother there or something? Oh shit, now Owen knows what Phoebe is exactly – although Arcas’s reassuring words made me smile OWEN Please - let me go. I’ve been here for so long I don’t think I can take much more. Oh please! Whining? Ah la la, that jerk is gonna get out of there! *Snarl*! Oh the pig! I knew he was bad, but he is twisted! Kalliath! Woo, that’s it! That’s the name of the Order! Yet we still have to know what it means lol guess it’s some more old language Wow, death web – they really ARE powerful and dark practitioners, those Cul’viir! Ah, Arcas, always the man to make Phoebe’s doubts fly lol Gah! I thought we were gonna see his face – damn you -_- lol Aha, god, even in a dire situation, you manage to make me wanna laugh! Go Phoebe, rape Arcas lol Gee, I could swear his hood is enchanted or something! Just to make sure no one sees his face, even if they look at mere inches from it! Gah! Oh shit! Was he going to tell the clichéd “I love you” in a dreadful situation Oh, no, you made them miss that! lol I love how they escaped And my, Arcas is not one to be angered :s Oh! The foreshadowing of Prue finding an other job soon? Hehe! Well, that ending scene leaves me wanting for more! Lol as in Arcas finishing his sentence from earlier! Gah! So: I like your remake of “The Painted World”, although, as with all remakes, it’s clear from the beginning who the big bad will be. But still a great read Now I have to look for the review of 2.13 'cause I have absolutely no idea where I saved it :s I hope to find it soon

Hey Reyn, I know it's been a really long time but guess what... I just episode 12 and I"m giving my review Episode 2.12: Heart and Soul -So far the episode has a great beginning (as always) and I like the dialogue between Piper and Leo. I really think it adds to it when she stops herself from saying she's recovered. Great effect. -Very suspenseful teaser as well, because I had a feeling Phoebe would probably get sucked inside the snowglobe or something. -I also like the Redundo scroll. Haha -Great work on Phoebe being trapped inside with that Owen guy. I love reading and picturing everything in my head. I also looked at the illustrated set list before reading so that helps -Prue and Claire talking was very realistic. I still hate Claire. You made her character the way it was in the show, if not better. -I have a feeling this storyline with Phoebe/Owen is like that episode with the painting. Is Owen a warlock? -Great thinking, Phoebe. Using her connection with Arcas to communicate. He got there quickly and I'm glad they have alot of help. -I gave my hopes up when I thought he'd be able to get them out. Haha -Ooh, I really like the story behind the Soul Catcher. You never cease to inspire me. Now the episode title is making sense. -What? Madame Ex is now recording the sister's convos. Very interesting. I'm dying for the episodes where they finally meet. -Also something I forgot to comment on earlier (while reading) I really got a bit sad when Piper mentioned she thought her and her sisters were growing apart. It reminded me of some things which definitely kept me intrigued in the story. Awe, why don't Piper and Leo just get back together? -Phoebe is stupid!!!! I so called that Owen was a demon. Actually I really like that he turned out to be a Cul'viir. Adds to the suspense. Great spell btw. Also, how the hell could she not know something was up when she told him the address for Alchemy and he said he knew the place... he's been trapped for 60 odd years. -There was so much going on that I didn't take the time to stop and comment. I really like everything that happened. I thought the ritual made it pretty intense because Phoebe was slowly losing life. -Piper worrying was normal. And Prue over-achieving was funny. -Damn, Arcas is pretty awesome. I like that he made it to Phoebe so quickly and saved her. THank god everythings better. I knew it would be but if I was actually watching it I'd be going crazy. -Great ending, I wondered if Prue was going to think about quitting or something. Who knows? -The sisters saying they'd just explain things to one another the next day is different... always makes you wish that you could see their reactions when they are told what happened. lol -I liked the last scene and the words you used. Good job. 9/10.

Two new reviews - you both spoil me! Thank you both so much! First off - some comments for terryThe Piper and Leo relationship is certainly a tricky one! Whilst they have broken up, they still care for one another, and since they broke up because Piper felt they didn't spend enough time together rather than because they didn't love one another, it is going to be quite difficult for them to 'work' together. It will be interesting to see how they cope.
Claire is a character, isn't she?! I'm happy to hear you think she is written 'in character' - she was definitely a fun character to write for! She may return in later episodes.
Shade is a good name for the dog, isn't it? Now who mentioned that as a name, again...
As to why someone would send something like that to a wealthy man - jealousy is as good a reason as any. Since we find out later his story is a lie, his reasoning is open to interpretation.
The rivalry between Owen and Arcas was fun to write - Owen himself was an interesting character to explore. I'd bring him back if I could, but that's not to say the Cul'viir as a group won't make an appearance. Imagine facing an army of them!
Woo - favourite quotes - I always love to hear favourite quotes! I have my own favourites, of course - and it's always great to see if they match up with readers' favourites.
Madame E will start to 'get herself into action' very soon. Her plans are slowly starting to come together. All she needs now is a final piece of information (which she'll be receiving soon) and then she'll finally unleash her fury on the girls. The confrontation between the two sides will be nothing short of explosive!
Very happy to hear you like the mythology - I sometimes think I get a little too carried away with it! I try to make the world as real as it can be, and mythology and history is as much a part of the Charmed verse as it is our own, so I like to explore it as much as I can. Expect there to be quite a lot of mythology and history contained in the next few episodes. I am a mythology nut, after all!
Ahh yes - the Ruling Council! Witches and all magic practitioners did indeed have a Ruling Council. It doesn't exist anymore, but during the height of its rule, it was very powerful indeed.
Arcas was a part of the War between the Cul'viir and the Kalliath - in fact he was one of the main soldiers in that battle. Sad to say he lost a lot - not the least of which were some very dear friends. If he was capable of hating - he would surely hate the Cul'viir.
The hood! It is enchanted - or at least Arcas uses his shadow powers to ensure there's a permanent shadow about his features. I should probably have mentioned that before - although it will be mentioned when Arcas finally comes clean to the sisters about who and what he really is. Suffice to say that, as Arcas mentioned he is able to 'cloak' his presence from others, he is also about to cloak his body in shadows so that he can hide from others.
Was he going to tell her he loved her? All I can say is that he was going to share a secret with her. Something he shouldn't have said - something he wasn't allowed to say.
Foreshadowing! Gotta love it, right? There are certainly changes ahead for Prue. She won't be at Bucklands much longer. Very glad you enjoyed the episode, terry! And thank you again for your review! I love hearing your comments! Brando! So fantastic to see you back at the site! And I have to thank you not only for taking the time to read the episode, but also for writing a review! It means a lot that, after all this time, you still took time out of your day to read and review. I'm thrilled to have a review from you, and even more thrilled to see you back here at ST! Some comments: Thanks for the Piper/Leo thoughts. Their relationship is a tricky one, and I'm very happy to hear that you enjoyed their dialogue throughout the episode.
Yay - the illustrated set list is being used! I'm so very happy! It takes me forever to find pictures that 'fit' the image in my mind. Sometimes I wonder if it is worth providing the Illustrated Set List - but hearing that you use it means it is worth the effort.
Claire was fun to write, and she was definitely a 'hard' character in the show. But having said that, I think the Prue/Claire relationship was one based on respect, and if Claire was blunt with Prue, it was only because she expected a lot from her. I tried to be true to that style of relationship, and it is good to hear you thought Claire reflected the character from the show.
Is Owen a warlock? Yes and No. He's basically part of a group who were the first warlocks - the first to use magic for evil purposes. But he's more than just a warlock - the Cul'viir are the exact opposite of good witches - corrupted by their desire for power and knowledge. They're everything a good witch despises. But Cul'viir's are a step above warlocks. Where a bad witch is called a warlock, the Cul'viir have their own group, their own name. They are feared by warlocks and witches alike. They're evil at it's basest form - worse than demons and devils - because they chose to be evil. And even although Owen is dead, we will see a Cul'viir again.
Ahh the Soul Catcher! Originally the whole concept of this episode was completely different. But when I reworked it, I included the Soul Catchers, and I am glad that I did.
Madame E and the sisters will meet soon, but it won't be the confrontation you want - it will be something rather different!
Why don't Piper and Leo get together? Heh - well - their reasons for splitting up haven't changed. And unless they do, or unless either one of them changes themselves or their views - they are unlikely to get back together.
Very happy to hear that the Phoebe/Arcas/Owen scene had you worried - I also think that if I were watching that I'd be on the edge of my seat! Even writing it my heart was beating a little faster!
Prue is definitely at a point where she is re-evaluating her life. Will she quit Bucklands? It's definitely on the cards. I never thought Prue 'fit' the appraisal/auction job - I always thought that was something she did to provide for her family. I believe that Prue has a creative streak within that a job at a place like Bucklands inhibits. Again, thank you so much for your review! What it means to have you reading the episodes after such a long break is beyond words! Tacky, but true!

Thanks for the welcoming back message Of course I use the illustrated set list list. I think it's part of what keeps me deeply interested in the episode because I can picture things easier. I can't wait to see that "you know what" again later in the season. lol Very good episode. I agree with you views on Prue and I'm still looking forward to the confrontation with Madame E.

Reyn, I did something magical the other day. I was stumbling through my old files and found this strange looking one titled "Heart and Soul" and I opened this curious artifact and it was the twelfth episode of your season. I had begun reading this arcane scroll before, but I started from the top and reached the end. As much as I would like to drop a review right now, I only made notes while I was reading as I tried to get back into the hang of things, so it's a very skeletal structure of a review that needs to be fleshed out with my comments so you know what the hell I was talking about. Hopefully that comes sooner than it did for me to actually complete the episode.

Ack - Phoenixlighter - don't worry about the review, I'm just glad you're back! So great to see you back (I almost fell off my chair when I saw your post in here) Take your time with the review - I know how long reviewing takes, so no dramas! Plus - I know that you haven't been 'feeling the charmed love' lately, so I'm simply happy you went back to BAM and read 2.12.

DONE!! 2.12 Review Scene 1 - lol for the start. Not like the others I like it. What they were looking for still Im not sure head scratch. Scene 2- Piper cannot run from the truth forever. She needs to say something soon or else she will wait and it will be too much, the truth will find her and when it does it wont be pretty. Scene 3- This scene is a mixture of well performance and weird occasions. I like how prue's boss Claire went all third degree on her but whats with the friendship letter after? alittle out of line in professionalism, especially if its the same Claire from season 2. Scene 4- I like this scene, I can picture it played out in this exact order and it is very like Phoebe to be jumping and waving to get the attention of her sister. However I couldnt help but think if she would notice if Piper was in trouble if the situations were reversed. Scene 5- WOW! I love this scene. I like it because it totally twisted my perception of Owen. At first I really believed he would be an innocent worth saving but now all I think is that he is a demon working to kill the sisters and has Phoebe playing into his hands. Scene 6- Ahhh. This is cute. I love it how you showed that Piper still needs to trust in Leo and to believe that he is the only one for her. The one who can help her through all of the hard times no matter what. Scene 7- Now I feel like Owen was trapped inside the globe thingy on purpose like he was punished by a higher power. This Owen has serious issues with passed attempts. Maybe he is hiding more than he is letting off about missing his family. I like how you gave him an acurate backround and how you showed he had tried repeatedly to escape with no success. Scene 8- Why is Phoebe so trusting of this man? I mean for all she knows he could be trying to kill her. Scene 9- Very interesting, so Arcas to get to Phoebe through there connection? Or was it his worry for her that helped him find her?. Scene 10- Lol!! Owen has just made a new enemy. Ha! Who would have known. I sorta was expecting a nasty comment / reaction from Owen. What is his goal anyway?. Scene 11- Someone is becoming very very impatient and not really giving Phoebe and Arcas reason to help him which should be key in being saved dont you think? Scene 12- NICE!! Arcas is totally confident unlike the previously thought Owen. I like it how he isnt giving up and falling into the grasp of the temptation to stop trying. Scene 13- I almost totally forgot about Mme Executive as this chapter is mostly concerned on the Phoebe / innocent aspect in my opinion although he is not categorized as an innocent in my eyes anymore. I find Mme Executive is ensesitively determined to catch the charmedones through all costs. Scene 14- Joy!!! its obvious that Owen would be the one that Phoebe and Arcas picked but it doesnt feel right. It feels like they should have left him their. At least he knows the place, both Phoebe and Arcas know nothing of the area nor about its tricks. Im worrid. also, it might be selfish but did Phoebe not think of the consequences of letting this man know about her sisters and their secret? she could be putting them at risk.. scene 15- CREEPY!! but cool. I like how you made Owen the demon, but it doesnt explain how he transformed into a human in the globe. scene 16- COOL!!! its getting very very good. You see I like how you played the demon form of Owen vs his previous human form. The two are totally different even if Owen was tempered he is way worse now. scene 17- Lovely... This demon is just etching with ideas on how best to kill Phoebe and torture Arcas. Not very nice.. but I got to give him the sarcasm. Thats funny!!! Scene 18- This part i didnt like so much... It was well played out with the work and Prue but it had little sisterly worry. What if Phoebe was actually hurt?. scene 19- I feel so bad for Arcas seeing this happen to Phoebe.. He might be all powerful but can he save Phoebe from this demon?? Scene 20- This demon is really wack in the head??? He is definately up to something. Wondering what that something is... Its definately more than just the powers. Scene 21- Its weird I dont like the demon what he is doing is evil but the procedures are super cool. He seems to know what he is doing with black magic. Scene 22- I like your cuts, your points where the climax is and you keep the readers wondering what will happen next. scene 23- I dont get what both Arcas and Phoebe have planned didntthey hear the demon and see that Phoebe's life is now in Arcas's hands. Why is he willing to risk it?? scene 24- Owen or his demon name i find its a great name to use but its a hard pronouncer hehe. However he is very into his role as the powerful one, if I may say so.. Scene 25- I find its extremely smart whats going on, how Arcas had warned Phoebe in advance about the shield and protecting herself before the fall. It would have been ugly if not. : S Scene 26- Very nice, how you played that scene out it reminded me of the episode with Prue / Andy where Prue has to kill the ghost and has to die herself to do so. The two hug like that and I find that that moment alone is a very " Charmed" moment. : ) Scene 27- HAHAH!!! I love this scene. Very Piperish, you got her character good in this scene. The agitation, the worry, and best of all the rush of wanting answers. Scene 28- Yet again very well playing Phoebe's part. I find that out of all the sisters you best get into character with Phoebe. I wonder why that is... Hmmm. Its great the exhausted reactions from Phoebe. Scene 29- Whats the point of the Ryan scene it seems so insignificant. Scene 30- There's much more to Prue's disappointments and I know she's holding back something. Be it with her job, which I doubt or her sisters I think something's up and im not giving up on that. Scene 31- Arcas is really there for Phoebe and I think that's what counts the most in a relationship. Its not easy to find let me tell you. Lol! but its a great quality to posses. spoiler]

Been a while, but here you go! Okay, the opening scene was very nice, with Piper and Leo's post breakupness was veyr interesting, ti all seemed good until that moment with Piper. So, they aren't doign too bad without each other, though we don't see Piper's inner dialogue though lol. I also wonder what happened with the snow globe. How Phoebe becomes trapped in the artifact obviously, and how and why it does that...interesting. I feel bad for Piper and Leo, it must really be awkward. Now as for Claire, I don't miss her one bit lol. I remember how it used to be, and how she was, though it was funny when she caught the assistant, very funny. That is a very interesting scene and I wonder how Prue will get out of it. i think she might quit, and I might think that it will happen, or she will get fired, who knows, but I don't think she will be at Bucklands much longer. Well, i am guessing that Owen is a bad guy, the reason for the snow globe. Now, for why she is in there, it will be interesting to see, and how she gets out even more so. Why not call for Arcas? Or maybe she does later...who knows. Hmmm I feel bad for Piper, that their lives are drifting apart, and it looks like things are getting that much more difficult for Prue with Ryan. Then there is Phoebe and Arcas, i wonder if they will come together again. I mean, they are the Charmed Ones, so they have to, but I wonder how long that will take... Hmm, well there tosses out the theory of Arcas coming lol. It is interesting how the little glob eowkrs. There has to be a way out...I wonder how she will....lol. Also, I find it interesting in how much you have the Charmed Season 2 episodes in there, but with a twist, so with this one, it is "Painted World" or whatever the episode is called, but changed up. Very nice. Huh...so Arcas can get in, but then Owen doesn't like him...I wonder who Owen is and what his deal is...Interesting... I think Owen made the place and is responsible for the reasons for them being there...but the thing is, i don't know how... Hmmm...again with the Agent...I wonder who it is...I mean I have so many different spectacles of wo it could be...but who knows until they reveal right? lol. Also, the business thing is still very interesting to me for a demon to do, so good job, it is very interesting Very interesting a soul catcher. Like a dream catcher. Very interesting, and very original. Nicely done! Cul'viir is pretty interesting and the back story was as well, very original and very interesting, nice job! Well, I knew Owen was evil, it was pretty clear, the question is, how will they get out now? He won't go to Prue or Piper, or maybe he will, and send them intot he globe...hmmm. i guess I will find out! lol. I wonder if Prue will keep her job. I want to say yes, but I wonder if she will... Wow...so now Phoebe's powers is gone...I this is a great episode, a bunch of twists and turns, i can't wait to see how this ends! Haha, Prue is really good at her job, this is pretty funny that she had categorized everything so quickly. I am pretty much the same way, so I guess I am like Prue! lol. That was a pretty nifty way to end things. Very nicely done. Piper made it sound like she lost her job, thank god! I was afriad of that, but of course she kept it, she is the best . I wonde rif Prue will keep her job. Hopefully her emergencies aren't that bad from now on, or will they get worse? Nice way to end things. I think Arcas does love her, so we shall see what happens! Great episode! Can't wait to read the next two!

I have to admit, Piper and Leo are my favourite Charmed couple (I guess it doesn’t really take much to figure that out about me ) and this opening was just so fantastic. They’re almost as fun in all their breakup angst as they are when they’re together. I smiled through the whole beginning, because just seeing their names together is almost enough to do that to me, haha, and then, I got to this; Delightful. My breath hitched a little when I read that line coupled with Leo’s subsequent reaction, because it was way too late for her to turn the sentence into anything but what it was. And I love the way Piper immediately goes into lockdown and basically walks away from the conversation. Because being around Leo is hard enough for her without him looking at her like that. Epic love and epic angst; it’s what Piper and Leo do best. Haha, oooh Phoebe. You would really think the girls would learn by now to NOT read things aloud until they’re sure of exactly what they mean/do. Every time I watch someone do that, I always think of The Mummy… “It’s just a book… what harm ever came from reading a book?” . The same can’t be said for the snow globe though… poor girl. No one expects to be attacked by a snow globe. Ouch. Piper keeps hitting Leo below the belt without even meaning to. I can empathize with both of them, and their awkwardness shines through with crystal clarity. Season 2 Leo was so sure of himself and his love for Piper, and the intensity in the way he looked at her sometimes was overwhelming for her, I think. In the early seasons she was easily scared, and insecure, and indecisive, and it’s SO easy to see her pouncing on Alchemy’s phone when it rings in order to avoid getting sucked into a discussion that Leo may have been able to bear having, but she just can’t. Once more, I’m IMMENSELY enjoying the way you take things from the original season and make them your own. This parallel between the rustic cabin in the snow globe and the gothic castle in the enchanted painting promises oodles of fun. It has all the echoes of the original, but it’s not at all the same. Phoebe hasn’t been physically transported into the snow globe; and while it would be one thing for Piper to come into the hidden room and find it empty, you evoke a whole new level of frustration by letting us know that Phoebe’s body is lying right there, and Piper just isn’t seeing it. Awesome, haha. It’s all the little things that get me exceptionally excited about your episodes. And naturally, Phoebe doesn’t get to be stuck in the snow globe by herself… she has to get stuck with some maleficent old warlock/demon/dark force that has had how many years already to stew in his own bitterness? I see nothing good coming of this. Piper would be the one to worry about them drifting apart. She’s such a sweetheart, in spite of the effort she sometimes puts into trying not to be. She seems to have forgotten that magic is a big part of what brought them back together as sisters, though. The three of them had already drifted far apart for a while before Phoebe came home and set all our beloved Charmed events in motion. I love how much she loves her family… obviously they all love each other equally, but there’s just something desperate and vulnerable about the way that she needs to feel connected to them. The heart of the family indeed. This may be vain thinking on my part, but I’m really hoping that Arcas will now have to reveal himself to Piper. And then everybody can be friends, and life can be awesome for everyone. Excluding Jackson (I had to add it… I’m sorry. Last time this episode. I promise). It’s about time Arcas is out in the open. Haha, even he fell victim to the snow globe. He sure didn’t see that one coming. And his quip to Phoebe in regards to his disrobing was pretty cute, lol. I think I’m just about ready to jump on board with the Phoebe/Arcas business. The shadow realm episode all but cinched it for me, and I really do like the guy, it’s just so weird having this relationship budding without Piper or Prue being aware of it. The secrecy is killing me man. I can’t handle it. These listening devices are such dirty tactics! Ugh I hate bugs. The list of magical/personal things Madame Executive will be able to exploit with just a day of limitless listening is like, exponential. It just seems like such an injustice I can’t help but get upset about it, lol. …. WHAT?! Okay, logically, it doesn’t even make sense for Owen to go. I don’t know why Phoebe’s agreeing to this. We know he’s evil, but Phoebe and Arcas just think he’s some rando mortal. AND, as the rando mortal, he should be the very last one let out. Because if anyone’s going to figure out a way to get the remaining two out of the globe, it’s going to be somebody with powers. How can she honestly believe that Owen’s going to go find Piper/Prue? No! This is the worst idea ever. EVER. Oh gross. Gross gross gross gross. Violating unconscious bodies? On my list of most uncool things of all time. Not a fan. This guy needs a beating. I don’t even care if it’s Arcas anymore… it can be Shade for all I care. Someone just needs to give it to him. I have never been more in love with Prue than right now, reading the way she organized all the boxes and such. I know it’s slightly ridiculous and pathetic, but it really, really makes me happy. I now feel free to admit that a part of me was grinding my teeth reading Piper and Phoebe toss things haphazardly into boxes… I don’t know how you can pack things away without… anyway. I’m getting off track. Again. I just really had to say how endearing Prue is to me in this scene, lol. The tension between Owen and Arcas is insane. Arcas has got an overly calm, calculated tone to him right now, and the fact that Owen isn’t taking it at all seriously has got me shifting in my seat. This is going to get crazy. It’s in scenes like this that your patience really shines through… you’re in no hurry to resolve the bad situation and put me out of my misery. It’s like watching a show, when you keep checking the time every five seconds and wishing so badly with a part of yourself that you could just skip right to the end. You would never actually do it… but it doesn’t change the fact that you want to, lol. I did my side scroll bar check more times than I care to admit. That was an awesome kill scene. I have been waiting this whole episode to see Arcas attack in all his scary warrior glory. Owen really didn’t stand a chance. Arcas is really making Leo and his position of whitelighter kind of obsolete, eh? It kind of makes me sad. I love Arcas, but I just wish Leo was a little more useful. Although him sensing Phoebe at the front door after the drama was over and done with was a nice little bit of comic relief. I feel like there was something significant in the exchange between Prue and Ryan that I didn’t quite manage to pick up on. There’s the lack of passion for her job thing, obviously, but… what are you up to? I’m learning to be suspicious of your every word and phrasing, lol. Since this episode ended on a relatively undramatic note, I’m tempted to just stop reading here until you post the next episode, so that I don’t get caught up in a revelation web that’s going to drive me past the edge of my sanity. Tempted… but I think we both know it’s not going to happen, haha. Episode thirteen, here I come.
