Bio: The recently appointed Dean of Student Life, Mr Andrews is a man with many secrets. Domineering, arrogant and pushy, he is not used to hearing the word 'No'.

Episode 2.02 "Letters From The Past"

Age: Mid 20s
Appearance: Patience's appearance mirrors that of Prue's.
Bio: The daughter of Dr Francis Holden, Patience is a young woman living in San Francisco during WWII. When her beloved Alyx Travis goes off to war, she helps the war effort by mending and sowing soldier's uniforms. It is through her letters to her lover that the story in 'Letters From The Past' unfolds.

Appearance: Alyx's appearance mirrors that of someone well known to the Charmed verse.
Bio: A young man living in San Franciso during WWII, Alyx enlists in the army alongside his childhood friend Richard and is sent overseas to fight in the war. Whilst he leaves behind his fiance, Patience Holden, she sends him letters of love and support.

Appearance: Richard's appearance mirrors that of Ryan Hunter's.
Bio: A childhood friend of both Alyx and Patience, Richard enlists in the war alongside Alyx and is sent overseas to fight against America's enemies.

Appearance: Brown hair, brown eyes, average height, thin build.
Bio: A herbalist by trade, Robert used to own the building that became Piper's nightclub in the 1960s. A solitary and shy individual, he was seen by the local community as an odd, unusual man, and was mostly left alone. His life takes a violent turn, however, when the woman he loves is murdered, and grief-striken, he sets about bringing her murderers to justice.

Appearance: Dark hair, brown eyes, tall, thin, african american. Often scowls.
Bio: Prue's boss at Bucklands, Rachel is a nasty, rude and spiteful woman whose only concern is looking out for herself. Jealous of Prue's talent and ability, she continually derides her, seizing every opportunity available to put her down and criticise her.

Appearance: Auburn hair, average height, slight build.
Bio: One of the members of the Academy, Aleisha is a soft-spoken, emotionally-controlled and serene woman who is responsible for settling in new Academy initiates. A hard, but fair taskmaster, she is well-liked by all.

Bio: One of the Academy's students, Jessica is an energetic, vibrant and positive girl who has a warm smile and an infectious laugh. With a penchant for trouble-making, she keeps her instructors on their toes.

Bio: Mr Withers' pet cat, Socrates is an energetic, active tabby who delights in making his master's life a living misery. There is nothing he won't chase, and no curious sound he won't investigate.[/center]

Appearance: Exceptionally attractive with long raven hair, dark eyes and a curvaceous build.
Powers: Ability to shapechange into a viper, venomous bite, supernatural durability, hypnotic gaze.
Bio: Also known as The Devil's Daughter, Callia is the offspring of a mortal woman and a demonic man. An exquisite beauty, she has the power to shapechange into a viper. Requiring live human flesh three times a year in order to survive, she uses her supernatural powers to seduce and kill men. A friend and confidant to Madame Executive, she is extremely dangerous.

Balus

Appearance: White hair and beard, short and slightly overweight.
Powers: Orbing
Bio: One of the Founders, a group responsible for overseeing good magic, Balus provides information and guidance to whitelighters when required. As a Founder, Balus has the whitelighter power of orbing, having rescinded all other whitelighter powers when he ascended to the position of Founder. A sarcastic and easily irritated old man, Balus has little patience for the flaws of others, and often voices his displeasure of such flaws. He is a stragetist, a planner, and as a Founder, he has a vested interest in the protection of the Charmed Ones.

Bio: A detective of the SFPD and Darryl's new partner. Jess is determined, curious and eager to learn as much as she can from the more experienced Darryl.

The King of Thieves

Appearance: Dark hair peppered with white, blue eyes, average height and weight.
Bio: A master of subtlety and sleight of hand, the King of Thieves is both an enigma and a legend. Whilst many see him only as a crook, his true responsibility is to act as protector of the lower classes. Responsible for a network of agents who work tirelessly to ensure the safety of those less well off, the King performs a vital role in society, and commands a great deal of power.

Matthew Endsleigh

Bio: The would be King of Thieves, this young man is totally driven in his desire to possess the power associated with the title of King of Thieves. Cold, calculating, cruel and merciless, Matthew will stop at nothing to ensure he is the next King of Thieves. Woe to anyone trying to stand in his way.

Bio: A young man who understands and respects the responsibility associated with the position of King of Thieves. Whilst he works with Matthew, he disagrees with many of his leader's actions, leading him to question Matthew's true intentions.

Powers: When possessed - Super strength, heightened pain tolerance, natural abilities and strengths of a Leopard.
Bio: A young environmental law student and political activist, Diego is an intelligent guy with a lot of potential. Sadly, his life is cut short by a brutal attack organised by a large corporation he had previously been researching. When Diego accepts a deal by a mysterious spirit to seek vengeance on his behalf, the Charmed Ones must intervene before more people are killed.

Appearance: Caucasian, tall with a solid build, brown hair and eyes.
Bio: A professor of History at SFSU, Gavin is a kind-hearted and intelligent man who is both a friend and colleague of Ryan. His extensive knowledge of ancient Egyptian burial customs makes him Prue's first port of call for information about Bakenkhonsu.

Dragan

Age: Early 20s
Appearance: Caucasian, average height and weight, brunette.
Powers: Dragan possesses minimal energy powers. He is able to create weak and erratic arcs of energy, but it is beyond his ability to form such arcs into balls or blasts without assistance.
Bio: The owner of 'The Magic Thread' - an occult shop in the city, Dragan is a witch with middling powers. Inheriting the shop after the death of his sister Tanjella (who was murdered by Barbas in Season 1) Dragan is intent on finding a way to increase the strength of his powers.

Caoilainn

Appearance: Caucasian, slim, long auburn hair, green eyes, attractive with a commanding, yet understated presence.
Powers: Negative energy manipulation, command over death magic.
Bio: Irish born, Caoilainn is an Lucht siúil - an Irish Traveller (better known as Tinkers). Despite appearing to be in her mid 20s, she is substantially older. A Soul Scholar and Necromancer with command over Death Magic and Negative Energy Manipulation, Caoilainn is a sometime teacher at The Academy. She is a close friend of Arcas and best friend to Cassandra. An expert practitioner, she is well-liked and well-respected by both her peers and her students.
