In this thread you can speak about the story as a whole. Perhaps something shocked you, impressed you or even made you think that a certain plot wouldn't have been explored in "Charmed". Here is where you can freely voice how you feel about the series, but if you are far along, please be considerate enough to use spoiler tags to make sure that new readers get to go through the same thrill I hoped to have placed on you.

Well, No one has responded in this thread since me, and in May, so I guess I will bring it back. I can't wait to see the synopsis on the next chapter! aka Chapter 25. So hope the info comes up soon! It is so exciting to see how this story ends, which is also kind of sad since I have gone with this series so long. I hope we see some other works from you after Paige has completed her destiny...

I'm kinda holding back on releasing info so soon. I'll be writing more of Chapter 26 today as I really need to get that chapter moving along. A lot goes on there as it's basically my way of saying... actually, I can't say anything at the risk of revealing what happens in 25. So, on that note, sorry! If I don't release any Chapter 25 info by the weekend, then I will reveal it all during the weekend.
As for new works, nothing Charmed. Possibly Supernatural, but no guarantees there either. I do have a project in the works, one that would kinda have me bring down some a couple of the works I have up already, but I wouldn't mind losing the reviews to add them to this collective. But I'm tight-lipped there at the moment.

Hmmm, very intriguing lol. I hope to see info soon, but as you said, better to release info when you're ready. I am just so darn excited the next part of the story! I am very sad this ship is sailing, it seems like yesterday I started to pick up this fic, but of course that was two years ago after you had written this fic for so long. I am excited to see how this comes to a close, for you have Paige and Billie one of my favorite characters for that reason. Granted, I have become the biggest Phoebe fan out there now, but Paige is almost on the same level I have for the other sister . As for your new fic/story, I know whatever you release will be well recieved, for your writing is brilliant! So good luck on your endeavors as I think we approach the third anniversary of W.L.!

Well, I've been writing and planning Chapter 26 for about two and a half hours now and I really needed to just take a deep breath. This chapter has been difficult for so many reasons, I'm really just eating more than I can chew because there is just so much going on. Eagerness to reach the final chapter doesn't help in any sort of way as I had originally planned the chapter to be completed by the early twenties page-wise and it looks as if I'll be lucky to end the chapter before thirty.
I was struggling to create a solution to a certain problem (excuse the obvious vagueness) and in FINALLY deciding something and really liking it, it demands more pages, but I at least can rest knowing it's not a cop-out. In fact, it'll give some great insight on a character's background that I should be happy to explore. So, for those who will have to read this mammoth of a chapter, brace yourselves. God knows the finale is going to be its own titan-sized read.
P.S: The Finale, "Through the Monsoon" will be written as if an Epilogue isn't going to follow. It won't end in that Forever-Charmed style, I'm sorry but that has just grown insanely lame and beaten to death by fan fic writers everywhere, so no, I was always avoiding that, but I wanted to let you know to expect something completely different.
But damn, that epilogue is so tempting... we'll see. :-) I feel much better after this ramble.

I knew something like this could not be summed up in just twenty pages, I am suprised you don't split it into two chapters. But of course it would defeat the purpose lol. I am excited to see how this series ends, and I know that though it may be a lot, i know you will make it worth while in the end.

Heya. Yes. I did just start my first post in ages in one of your threads by the lamest way ever ;D Let me make it up to you: I am not caught up... Not yet. But soon. (If I didn't just curse myself by actually saying it... whatever.) I've just finished "Stories of Our Lives" but there is this thing I wanted to tell you just so I could get it out there. I don't even know if I should just make this a PM or not... So yeah. I do plan on leaving a review for each episode once I'm finished and go over them again (you can feel special, dude: all your chapters are actually printed, punched and stacked into their own little binder, full of personal notes for typos and such. I don't do that much. Ever.) but I wanted to share the Big No-No and the Big Go-Go before something came up like it always does and leaves me not telling you for God knows how long. The Major Con (I figured better to get the "bad news" out of the way sooner so you can get your mood up with the good stuff) is that I don't, for one second and the next, buy young Peter's character. Not his story -- that's pretty deep and all-out great -- but he himself as a real individual. Sorry, but NO one-yead old runs around like they've done that all their (short) life; NO one-year-old can talk and think as clearly as Peter is written doing; and certainly, NO one-year-old can be addressed with such adult talks as were addressed him and actually understand what he is being told. No, no, no, and no. The funny thing is, had I read this long before when it first came out, I may not have even reacted. But after being around one- and two-years-old's for a while now, I can tell you that it's just not real.
My Godson, to name but one, who's always been pretty advanced, didn't run around the house and talk and understand things as clearly as Peter until at least 2 years. Even Wyatt, to remain within the boundaries of the show, wasn't as evolved as that. Sure, they can grasp the concept of danger (i.e. Wyatt saving his mom from the dragon) but not to the extent of clearly thinking "What if I lose them too?" So what I'm saying is, if you ever go over everything again, I'd advise you to change his age to a little older or you can make him more in tune with a 1-year-old but that would imply basically rewriting everything so I'd personally go with the first.
To rub it in (sorry), I'd even think that considering his history, Peter should be a kid with social troubles and "natural" slowness to catch on things, on processing and learning. You didn't go this route, and that's okay, but you're making him a real genius when he should still be drinking milk from its bottle. Now, and so as not to spoil my future reviews, I'll just say that the storylines are basically, fantastically wonderful. They look thought-through and show continuity like Charmed never did, and that's always a good thing. That you'd go to great lengths to make up for past bloopers is even more of a perk. It's really refreshing, despite the recycling you do from your Billie story. Ah, why does the good stuff always have to be shorter than the bad stuff? Anyway, I'll leave it to that. For now. Until next time.

Long before you said anything, I was already planning on going back and changing his age to a three year old. It started becoming a series joke about how old he was seeming, so I'm not shocked by the comment. I think before I release Chapter 26, I'll have gone through the chapters and changed him to age three. As I've explained to my close-peeps before, he was modeled a bit after my first little cousin ever and she was a freakin' genius, still is, despite your:
She absorbed really difficult concepts at age two, that other's don't, such as homosexuality, more namely, lesbianism (that we still don't know who taught her that) amongst other things. So yeah, she was pretty damn smart. I had started noticing last year that my other younger cousins weren't exactly at the level she was which made me realize that she was just a brighter bulb. So yeah, there are smart, advanced kids out there... I don't think they could handle themselves the way I wrote Peter, but don't dismiss the idea so bluntly next time around.
Peter's social troubles come later in life. Kids don't really have the "social troubles" you'd expect at age one. Trust me, I live in New York. If it was going to happen somewhere, it'd be here.
Thanks for the compliment, I think. There's a tad doubt on my end with the way you chose to close it, but okay. Anything I "recycle" from my work was done in this story because I loved my previous work and wanted to highlight it in a better light and to a new audience, since not everyone read "Billie". As a fan of the original series, it shouldn't be read as "Adam copied Adam" and more as a nod to the former series.
I do appreciate the comments, there's just a tone in the way some things are said that bother me. It's a tad wolf-in-sheep's clothing. I just ask that you if you wanna slap me on the hand for a glitch or something unbelievable, just do it. Adding a wink at the end doesn't cute-sy it up for me, I'm not an idiot. Thanks.

Before anything else -- I'll either edit this post or reply to you if you respond again -- I just wanted to comment on your last part. If I do put a wink, then it is to take the sting out of anything vexing I might have said. I probably realized uncousciouly that the sentence was wrongly phrased. I now do realize that the "despite" was the bad term to use. I used that word in relation to "refreshing": I didn't mean I wasn't okay with you recycling, on the contrary, it makes me glad to know I'm not the only one with that idea in mind -- and believe me, every time I saw one of the Billie ideas I smiled, I didn't frown or anything. I certainly didn't think in terms of "Adam copied Adam". So yeah, I guess I'll refrain from using any smiley. It just bothered me that I'd bothered you.
The rest'll come later.

I'll be reading through this series again, hopefully nailing out all of the missing reviews on a few chapters here and there. Hope to see this series get its proper ending someday but I understand life gets in the way. Hope everything's going well!

It definitely plays on my mind a lot, Harrison. I'm only on part one of the two parter finale, but it's still very much laid out and on my mind. I hope I get to it as well. Maybe I feel Charmed-y when I read the comics or rewatch the episodes.
