Your Dream Charmed Movie

Another site had the following post:

Say that you're a screenwriter or film producer and you've been given the A-Okay to produce a Charmed film. What would you do? What storyline would you explore? How are you going to interest people who aren't familiar with the show?

I'm curious to see what you guys would do if you were able to produce a Charmed *movie* as compared to a Charmed spin-off series.

Here was my response:

Mine would start out looking like the end of "Forever Charmed", with one major difference...at the end, while Piper is reading to her granddaughter, the scene suddenly fades out, looking like a pair of eyes closing, and then they open, but the whole scene is blurry and we hear paramedics saying, "This one is almost gone, just like the other three. We better get her to a hospital quick." That way we know that "Forever Charmed" was nothing but Piper's delusions as she almost died, so therefore nothing in "Forever Charmed" ever happened, therefore anything can happen to anyone and we're not stuck with using what happened during that show (everyone with three kids, Piper and Leo live happily ever after so we would automatically know that nothing can happen to them, etc. etc.). That would bring back the drama.

Because her sisters are alive, there is no need for Piper to go time travelling. And because Christy is dead, there is no need for an Ultimate Battle. Billie realizes that Christy was wrong and everything is happy ever after, right?

Not quite...

We go forward 15 years..February, 2021...so the boys are no longer babies--Wyatt is 18 and Chris is 17. It's The Witch Trials. A Halliwell is up for execution. But it's not Phoebe. It's Piper. Billie FINALLY annoyed her one time too many and she exploded the dumb blonde and people saw her do it, especially Nathaniel Pratt!

How the rest of the family (Leo--who unfroze when the Manor exploded--Wyatt and Chris; Paige, Henry and their daughter Sam who's 14; and Phoebe and her twelfth husband-she's still looking for love and hasn't found it yet, especially because none of them have given her her daughter--she's yet to admit that after the Phoetus was torn from her womb, she became sterile and can never have kids) save Piper (IF they do...) is what the rest of the movie would be about.

That way it would still be Charmed, but different.

How 'bout the rest of you? What would YOUR dream Charmed movie be like?

That's an interesting idea, Es, bringing back the Witch Trails. I had a feeling you'd do something like that after our conversations over the whole "protecting the innocent or punishing the guilty"

Anyway, my idea...

It would start off February 26th 2017. Phoebe and Coop are killed in a plane crash. The Charmed Ones have come to an end. But have they?

Flash forward by ten years. We see Wyatt and Chris fighting a demon and think that the movie is about them but they say that they need the COs to vanquish the demon. But the COs are no more, right? Wrong...Phoebe had three daughters before she died and they are the new Charmed Ones and its time for them to accept their destiny. The only problem is, Pamela, the middle child, doesn't want to come back to San Francisco, she left as soon as she could to get away from everything. Patty, Phoebe's eldest, knows that its up to her and her sisters to protect the family and is ready but Penny, the youngest, is still too young (at 16) to really know what she wants. The movie is whether they accept their destiny or not...

I know, there's not much detail there just a general outline but that was what I've decided I would have it.
