Avatars and Others

OK, I hate to already have to create this thread but since I figured that others might face the same problems, it's better to have it public so they can too have the answers I seek. Do not hesitate to delete this if it really has no purpose, sorry for the inconvenience in that case

First: I have tried to put up my avatar but all I see in my profile edit page is a button "hide/show" and no matter how many times I click it, it really just does nothing at all. So basically, whatever I try, I can't put an avatar up

Second: What are these [Charmed|Vanquish] buttons under our usernames?

I'm having the same problem with the avator problem. On the second, that's not a problem. It's kind of a way to either compliment people, lots of proboards if not all use them. So if you like someone as a member or something you charm them. If you are pissed at a member vanquish, so it gives other members a sort of notice of their reputation on the site.

Guys, I wish I was the technical one on the site, but it's more of our lady leaders who know that. Also, I figured there had to have been a problem because no one had an avatar except the founders, lol. I hope it doesn't have to lead to us having to do it for you because that pretty much restricts you and I just hate that.

Also, the Charm/Vanquish things are just Karma points or something that every proboard has. Honestly, just ignore it.

Ok, Phoenix, thanks. I don't think you'll have to do it for us, it must just be a matter of enabling us to do it or something in the board's administration pannel I just thought I'd ask, in case I was the only one, and Reyn had entertained herself by doing some trick on me -- she's so very capable of that, you know!?

How come I always get blamed for everything?!

I'm looking at the codes now, so the avatar thing should be fixed in a few minutes. Out of interest - can you see the four selectable av's? Just wanted to make sure those were working properly.

Edit - I've fixed the codes so all members should now be able to upload their own av's directly from their computer (remember the 100x100 size limit!)

Hey Reyn, it's working indeed! But to answer your first question: no, the four selectable avs weren't visible before either (don't worry, now they are )

I'll have to upload mine later, cause off I go for now!
